Afternoon Refreshments Wine reception served daily from 4:30pm to 7:00pm in the lobby.

Bedtime Refreshments Freshly baked cookies are served nightly from 7:30pm to 9:00pm in the lobby.

Full Hot Breakfast Served daily in the Pine Room from 7:00am to 11:00am. Bacon or sausage, scrambled eggs, waffles or pancakes, biscuits and gravy, fresh fruit, cereals and an assortment of bagels, scones or pastries.

Front Desk Our staff is available from 7:00am to 11:00pm. You may reach the Front Desk by dialing “0”. For after-hours assistance, please dial 541-476-6873.

Check In Generally 3:00pm. 

Check Out 12:00 noon. If you need more time, contact the Front Desk. Luggage assistance and storage are also available.

Dry Cleaning and Laundry There is a valet bag and laundry form in your guest room closet. Place garments in the bag and bring to the Front Desk by 8:30am, Monday through Friday. Wash and fold service is available Monday-Friday.  Garments will be returned by 6:00pm that evening.

Gift Certificates Available for purchase at the Front Desk.

Gift Items The Lodge at Riverside offers a variety of gifts for purchase at the Front Desk. Our gift shop has a selection of Lodge logo hats, shirts, and coffee mugs.

Mail For outgoing mail, there is a drop box at the Front Desk. Postage is also available.

Lost and Found If you have left an item, please contact the Front Desk. We will be happy to ship it back to you.

Refrigerators Located in all rooms. Depending on space available, some chilled items may be stored in our lobby refrigerator.

Ice buckets Provided in each room. The ice machine is located on the first floor, in the vending area, at the west end of the hotel.

Iron and Ironing Board Located in guestroom closets.

Housekeeping  Full cleaning services are performed every third day. If you would like your room to be serviced daily or to request extra towels, pillows or blankets, contact the Front Desk.
